These terms cover the public site at myugcplanner.com and the planner at app.myugcplanner.com. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

MyUGCPlanner lets you store videos, connect a TikTok account you control, and post or schedule those videos. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to publish it.

Your content

You keep ownership of your videos and captions. You give MyUGCPlanner permission to store them and to send a video to TikTok when you confirm a post or when a scheduled time you set arrives.

TikTok

Publishing uses TikTok’s services and is also subject to TikTok’s terms. A post can fail if TikTok refuses the account, the privacy setting, or the video file. MyUGCPlanner shows the status it receives.

Acceptable use

Do not use the product to upload content you do not have rights to, to break the law, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does.

The service can change

Features can be added or paused. Scheduled posting depends on a worker that sends posts at the saved time. If that part of the service is unavailable, the saved plan remains in your workspace.
