Privacy Policy

MyUGCPlanner stores what you need to plan and publish your own videos. This page describes that data. It is the policy for myugcplanner.com and the planner at app.myugcplanner.com.

Account

When you create an account we store your name, email address, and a password hash. A session cookie keeps you signed in. The cookie is sent only to the planner, over HTTPS.

Workspaces and videos

Videos you upload are stored for the workspace you chose, along with the file name and size. Posts store the title, caption, schedule, and the TikTok settings you selected.

TikTok

If you connect TikTok, we store the account name TikTok returns and an encrypted access token. The token is used to read creator settings and to publish a video you confirm. It is not shown in the browser.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your videos to train a model. We do not post to TikTok unless you choose Post now, or a scheduled time you set is reached.
